I have a Pi3(Ubuntu Mate) like a server and ubuntu (Mate) PC like a client.
It's my first time to work with INDI and I want to control my DSRL (Pentax K20d). All sames that works when I connect but when I want to start to capture a sequence, start to give errors like "xxx_xxx is not defined" (on Indi and similar on ekos) I'm sure that I defined all the things that I know from my DSRL, but...?
Some one knows how I'll configure INDI and EKOS for to do succeed?
Could update the indi_gphoto? (I'm sorry... but How to do it?)

Can you use gphoto2 from the terminal to capture an image? If use, please post the command you used.

Hi Knro,

First of all, I'm sorry for my delay to feed back, but I have two little treasure on my life (my son and my daugther) and I don't have to much time for check many things and I need to add that I don't have experience on linux.
Then about the DSRL problems:
I attach a tar.gz file where you could found two files (.txt): One is the feed back of gphoto2 command and the other is when I connect the indiserver with indi-gphoto.
I hope that are the files that you ask me about the problem that my pentax K20D no respond to any action that I want to do on ekos. (on top of the both files there are the command that I used)

Thanks for your time and help to me.

Nope it's still missing GPhoto driver log. You only performed first step and not second step in the video.

In your case the log files are stored in the Pi3. Just go to the Pi3, and go to ~/.indi/logs and you'll find the log files there.

Ok after a quick research, it doesn't appear that the K20D is well supported under GPhoto2, it's marked as experimental. Can you try to run the following command in the RPi3 terminal?
gphoto2 --capture-image-and-download

and let me know if you can get an image. I looked in the log files and it seems to get suck finding optimal exposure settings, which is another problem since there is no bulb widget and there is only ONE shutter speed available (1/60). At any rate, I included more debug statements that might shed some light on why it gets suck there and will be available soon. Meanwhile, go ahead and try to capture the image in the RPi3.
