Today i try one time more time i.nova driver. Changing exposure time, gain and black level has no effect. The captured image remain the same (see attachment).
Yes the i.Nova driver is included into INDI but it is not usable :
- Setting the time exposure command has no effect : An image is captured, but the time exposure do not change,
- the gain command has no effect,
- the black level command has no effect,
- the image is not correct (divided in two parts).
Hi Forum,
today I tried my I-Nova PLA-MX mono to work with INDI with no success.
The driver crashed immidiately, see log. Is there a solution? My ASI and Moravian
work fine. I use Linux Mint 18.2 with recent INDI System (PPA).
This is not a problem with the camera, it's related to some build issue with cfitsio. I have Mint on a VM so I am currently investigating the issue. THank you for your patience.
Hello Jasem,
here is the log.
Your install command whats to overwrite libinovasdk which is in the packet indi-inova-ccd 1.3.0.
Should I deinstall indi-inova-ccd first?
Thomas
Hello Jasem,
I have deinstalled the indi-inova-ccd 1.3.0 and successfully issued
your commands:
sudo apt-get update &&
sudo apt-get install indi-inovaplx
now the cam works. Thanks very much.
Does indi-inovaplx replace the old driver?
