so, this pesky old QHY5..... I'm using the latest driver as per today, but I'm having an odd issue with it.
root@heidenrod-obs:~# dpkg -l | grep qhy
ii indi-qhy 1.6+r3336~201708221239~ubuntu16.04.1 armhf INDI QHY Driver. This driver is compatible with any INDI client such as KStars or Xephem.
ii libqhy 0.1.10+r3339~201708231229~ubuntu16.04.1 armhf libqhy provide libraries to access and control QHY CCDs and Filter Wheels.
root@heidenrod-obs:~#

issue:
if you set the exposure for less than 2 seconds, you would get random captures.
capture #1: nothing #2..#4 still nothing, #5: OK you get a picture

Now set the exposure time to something above or from 2 seconds, you get a picture at every capture.
As anyone noticed this behaviour?

No that's new to me, but I ditched the QHY5 because of all the weird stuff happening, it's really not behaving good on Linux unfortunately.

There is updated QHY SDK & Driver today. Also comes with it a new qhy_ccd_test binary that you can run to find if the issue is with the SDK or somewhere else.
