Hello I am a linux beginner and I am trying to contro my setup with Kstars/Indi/Ekos.

I tried to upgrade gphoto2 and lib-gphoto2 to the lastest version and now, Indi crash even with nothing connected on it.

On what system is this? I just tried this on RPI3/StellarMate and it works fine, same for desktop Linux.

What is the version of libghoto?
I also recently faced trouble with Canon DSLR, but it was due to the version of indi-gphoto and libgphoto.

Please try this procedure.

Tha,k you for helping me.
I did what you told me but it does not fix the problem.
When I entrer "gphoto2 -v" in the terminal it tells me

I run gphoto2 2.5.15
libgphoto2 2.5.16.1
