What is the version of libghoto?
I also recently faced trouble with Canon DSLR, but it was due to the version of indi-gphoto and libgphoto.

Please try this procedure.

Tha,k you for helping me.
I did what you told me but it does not fix the problem.
When I entrer "gphoto2 -v" in the terminal it tells me

I run gphoto2 2.5.15
libgphoto2 2.5.16.1

Please check synapse version, not GPhoto 2.
Search by entering gphoto in the search window.
If libgphoto2 - 6, libgphoto2 - port12 are installed and each version is 2.5.15, you should be able to use it with Ekos, INDI.

There are three drivers when used with indi or Ekos.

indi-gphoto, libgphoto 2-6, libgphoto2-port12.

These have been registered in the repository in the previous operation. If it can be reloaded at the synapse, it can easily be upgraded with everything applied.

gphoto2 is a tool used on the command line, so you do not need to use indi, Ekos.
