TOPIC: Issue with libgphoto2 bleeding

Issue with libgphoto2 bleeding 11 months 1 week ago #20006

Hello, for those using libgphto2-bleeding from the PPA, please downgrade to 2.5.9-3 since the latest one 2.5.15 apparently has a problem controlling Canons. I opened an issue on their Github page. For now, run this to downgrade:
sudo apt-get install libgphoto2-6=2.5.9-3

Thankfully libgphoto2 awesome upstream developer Marcus Meissner fixed the issue! So you folks can now safely upgrade again!
