I don't mean to start piling on with Pentax but I promote Kstars/StellarMate in the Pentax community and of course the first thing someone asked me was if it worked with K-3 and of course I had to say no While my K-5II was out being modified I tried a K-3II I just bought (to replace the K-5II for regular photography) and although it would trigger, it wouldn't keep the shutter open. I tried both bulb modes on the K-3 without success - I raised an issue with GPhoto2 developers but I haven't seen any movement on it. I'll give this another try but did anyone else have this problem or can they try it if they have a K-3?

When you look at PKtriggercord, Pentax K3/K3II is having no bulb issue.

pk-tether, pk-triggercord, pk-remote and GPhoto2. Are these things all the same at their core? What’s going on?
