Hello
I and some other friends, we currently add a camera indiclient for the "audela" software. I have trouble with ATIK CCD. I failed to obtain exposure short than 3 seconds. The camera return a busy state, but nothing append. no count down, no image.
I prefectly work for exposure of 3 seconds and more.
Following, my test proces:
I use kstars. I send the connect switch to the camera and get information about camera. OK.
I use use "expose" property to define the exposure duration.
It's lunch the exposure, and i get a count down, and finaly a image.
My configuration:
* ATIK 314 or ATIK 460 or ATIK 414
* INDILIB 1.1.0 on ubuntu 14.04.
*ATIK driver for 64-bit Intel Debian Linux atikccd-0.41-amd64.deb from Cloudmakers.
* indy client : Kstars.
I try also with EKOS, i obtain the same result. No exposure shorter than 3 sec.
Hi, please can you try to run atik_ccd_test to diagnose what's wrong? Threshold for using camera timed exposure is 2s so it is probably related to this somehow. Peter
