Planetary imaging with DSLR and Ekos? was created by Magnus Larsson

Hi!

As Jupiter is rising above the horizon here in Sweden, the question of how to take planetary images with Ekos and my DSLRs become interesting. Is there a way to do this? I find no video-mode in the capture module, and the "live view" gives me no option go move to video mode.

Don't think it's possible indeed. BYEOS has a special mode for that, in my case it wouldn't work anyway as wifi becomes a bottleneck.

IMHO, this information Can I use my DSLR as webcam through gphoto2 + v4l2loopback? can help you.
