Ekos Guiding is not possible after latest changes to Kstars - capturing an image at Calibration tab results in infinite loop of image capture procedure. Moreover each image is displayed in the separate tab of the fits viewer. The loop can be terminated only by disconnecting CCD driver. The issue does not depend on CCD used and any CCD used as a guider results in the same outcome.
I'm not sure when this bug was introduced but I would assume that we're talking about last 2 weeks or so.
I'm using the latest kstars-bleeding (5:16.04+r5769.2507~ubuntu16.04.1) installed from ppa on ubuntu 16.04.

Note "guide frame is missing!", which triggers the loop even though the image is successfully uploaded to the client and displayed in the viewer.

The issue was also reported by Jean-Phi in his post . Let's discuss this in Jean-Phi's threat not here so we avoid duplicates.
