Hi knro, in my observations, i add object in observation list with option "Add to Observing WishList".
If in observation planner i use option "Show images from web" kstars crash.
I noticed now that solved rotation figure does not match the solved frame displayed on the sky. The solved coordinate Rot is 40° smaller than the white frame displayed. For example, the Rot in Solution coordinates says 89.9° (With a simulated CCD beginning with Rot of 0°, that's already odd). And the white solved frame displayed does match the the image capture. I determined this by rotating an FOV symbol to match that.
This made it very difficult for me to determine my proper orientation last night.
So I noticed something I missed while making this with the CCD simulator, and is the source of my confusion. I just realized that the solved frame is relative to the Equatorial coordinate grid while the FOV Symbol is relative to the Horizontal Grid system, obvious to me now why they won't match. Last night I was trying to use the FOV symbol as a reference to frame the Markarian chain and was not getting the framing I was expecting based on the value of the angles.
Terribly sorry this doesn't belong here after all.
Another question, now ekos connect all device found automatically? ..and is not possible have possibility to select if use old system? ..it is necessary have possibility to remove one device without close ekos, example: i want change ccd device and not want remove ccd guide, for not redoing the entire pointing procedure (calibrate).
