PHD2 support for INDI under Windows and Mac

PHD2 support for INDI under Windows and Mac was created by Jasem Mutlaq

With recent fixes and patches by Andy over at PHD2, we managed to get INDI client running on Windows natively. INDI support for Windows and Mac is now available in PHD2 2.6.3dev7 .

This is exciting news for users who want to run INDI on one machine, and then run PHD2 on another machine and connect to INDI remotely. Exciting times!

Dear Jasem,

Just implemented phd2 on the windows-laptop and interfaced to EKOS and Rasberry. Great work, thank you so much!

Hope wheather improves soon to try outside - but autumn is coming up...

Exciting indeed, I've been witnessing the development of INDI since 2015 and it's amazing and great to see how far it has come since then.
