What OS version? Presuming that you're on Ubuntu or a derivative, try:
sudo apt-get update
apt-get install --fix-missing

But i found out something strange. How come the kstars bleeding and data are not in the same version?

And Launchpad is giving us problems again: code.launchpad.net/~mutlaqja/+recipe/kstars-bleeding-daily

Let's hope it gets complete. I am seriously thinking of another packaging method for KStars + INDI. I'm leaning toward AppImage so I'll start there. If not, then Snap or Flatpack.
