Simple typo in latest Kstars 2.9.8 was created by Adrian

Sound notification for FITSReceived fails with error
org.kde.knotifications: Audio notification requested, but sound file from notifyrc file was not found, aborting audio notification

The offending typo is in kstars/kstars.notifyrc
