Hi,

The latest update of kstars-bleeding seems to depend on libqt5core5a version > 5.4 and this is not met for ubuntu 14.10. Is there a work around for this?

steen@steen-HPE-432sc:~$ sudo apt-get install kstars-bleeding

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
kstars-bleeding : Depends: libqt5core5a (>= 5.4.0) but 5.3.0+dfsg-2ubuntu9 is to be installed

I haven't seen this problem before?

It was dependent on Kubunti-CI unstable, I changed it to unstable-weekly, not sure if this will make a difference but in Ekos VM it upgrades cleanly.

Hi again!

I tried a fresh Xubuntu 14.10 install and get the following:

steen@steen-HPE-432sc:~$ sudo apt-get install kstars-bleeding
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done

Seems like there are still some dependencies problems...?

For some reason it was to depend on Qt 5.4.. at any rate, this resolves the issue:
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:kubuntu-ci/unstable-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

This will eventually get stable on Kubuntu 15.04 release...[/quote]
