Hi
After a few problems getting data downloads with Kstars, maybe a bit impatient but I took a chance and installed Kubuntu 15.04 and so far all seems well (its in alpha 2 stage at the moment) . I tried to install Kstars-bleeding but it failed on an indi-full dependancy some problem with QHY I think??. Any way I installed Kstars and the Eqmod,Asi camera and SX drivers but just remains to connect them all up in the obs but things SEEM to be ok!. Not sure what the difference is between Kstars and Kstars-bleeding as all the Ekos/Indi stuff seems to be there. Looking forwards to trying them out soon as poss.

Thanks for noting the indi-qhy issue, I removed it from the dependency list. The KStars shipped with 15.04 is recent, but not bleeding edge. I think by March/April, they would probably use the current version.

Cheers Jasem!.
Just wondering whats to choose between Kstars and Kstars-bleeding regarding telescope control does one have the advantage over the other or is bleeding more upto date?
thanks
