Hello.
I have two questions.
I connected Synscan and the Nikon D5550. The mount works perfectly, but when I plug in my Nikon, I get the error (-53) that can not connect to the USB and asks me if Power is OK. The raspberry, connects with nikon and I can see the nikon, but Ekos give me the error.
The other question is why when I start the simulation server via indiwebmanager, I have the stars Got no problem, but if I start the server via the terminal (indiserver -vv indi_simulator_telescope indi_simulator_ccd indi_simulator_focus), everything works perfectly.
Thank you

As described on the forum, I disabled auto-mounting feature, but the Nikon give me an error that has changed in unknown device.

Can you use GPhoto from command line to capture an image? If yes, then paste in the full command you used to capture one image.

No. I tried it with the command line, but egos does not detect the nikon, and when from the command line I send the dmesg command, I can see the nikon.

I've re-enabled auto-mount and now everything seems to work properly.

I gave the following command:
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.media-handling automount true

The INDI GPhoto drivers specifically sets that value to false whenever you install it or update to a new version. I set it because that cases the camera to be mounted as disk and prevents users from connecting to it. Maybe there is a difference between Canon & Nikon in this regard
