New SQM-LE INDI Driver

New SQM-LE INDI Driver was created by Jasem Mutlaq

I'd like to announce we have a driver for SQM-LE and it's working great. Even better, now if you have the device and run it with any CCD, you'll get MPASS (Magnitudes per squared arcsecond) value right in your FITS header, which can be useful to judge the sky quality at the time of observations.
