Problem with guiding calibration

Problem with guiding calibration was created by Alex Varakin

I am having intermittent issues with guiding calibration using internal guiding, where mount does not receive calibration signals.
It happens once in a while, approximately 1/3 of sessions. It is "fixed" by restarting kstars.
I do not see any messages in the log window of mount during calibration when I have this issue. If calibration works, then I see messages.

Here is my equipment:

Atlas via EQMOD
ST8300M CCD
DIY Arduino focuser
SX filter wheel
DSI guider
10 port powered USB hub
Ubuntu 16.04
Kstars version - 1 week old build from source

Enable INDI & Guide Module logs in KStars and then submit logs. See my signature on how to submit logs.
