Hi, I just found that I can't open in SIRIL fits images sequences I made last night. I can open individually each image, but not the sequence. To bypass the problem, I had to use the image conversion tool in SIRIL.
Fits images are available at this adress : drive.google.com/open?id=0B1ONEH30Ic8EdjlJeUZsdzZCdXc

The FITS files are fine, not sure if this is an issue with SIRIL?

Well, I captured a series of images yesterday and processed them with latest SIRIL without any problems.
Wich version are you using?

It's incomprehensible ... I use the same version of SIRIL (0.9.5), it loads without problem my sequences of images of January 7 and refuses to open those of the 15 ... However, each image can be opened individually without problems . My computer is haunted?

I will give a try with your images on my ubuntu VM.

Just gave a try on your files, I can't use your sequence file, it's not detected on the folder, but, I can create a new one, register the files and stack them.
So maybe there is a problem on the seq file.

The developers of siril found the solution: a space had slipped in front of the file names. Sorry for the false alert!
