GPSD no sat fix was created by Dana Tousley

Ubuntu 16.04LTS - Latest INDI library. I'm trying to connect a GlobalSat BU353S4 through GPSD. Using GPSMON through the command line shows correct information is being received, but GPSD just shows 'Waiting for Fix'
