New Gemini SnapCap driver

New Gemini SnapCap driver was created by Jasem Mutlaq

Jarno Paananen developed a new INDI driver for Gemini www.geminitelescope.com/snapcap-motorized-tube-ota-cap/SnapCap motorized OTA cap. It's quite similar to FlipFlat which I already own.
