I updated again (r1741).

I can only have the CCD or the FW connected not both.

So for below, I had the CCD connected first with no luck, finally I disconnected the CCD and FW connected fine.

After doing the above sequence and disconnecting the FW, I can't reconnect to the CCD again.

debug log file on 2nd run:

The first error was when I left it on the default value (I think ttyUSB2 or similar). The second was when I made it correct (sbigusb0) and already had the CCD connected (also to sbigusb0).

Unfortunately SBIG said this would not be possible, so I reverted back to the older drive. The only difference is that the filter type will be loaded from the configuration once you connect to the CCD, then you can connect to the CFW directly.
