Please use indi_eqmod driver, indi_skywatcherAPIMount is still experimental.

Ok! Many thanks!
I haven't the EQmod cable.

On the other hand, I can control my mount by indi_synscan driver.
But I have another problem with indi_synscan driver:
INDI reports like as: "Mount doesn't support the motion commands North/South/West/East".

Why not?

well apparently it was never implemeted in the driver, do the Celestron N/S/W/E commands work with synscan? I ask this because the official synscan RS232 documentation does not include any axis motion commands.

Yes, the indi_celestron_gps driver supports (!!!) N/S/W/E movement in my Sky Watcher NEQ6 Pro SynScan mount.

Just to confirm, you used indi_celestron_gps with your NEQ6 and N/S/W/E worked fine? If this is the case, I will just reimplement them in syncscan. Btw, I'd think you can probably use the celestron driver for all of NEQ6 commands including slew, but I think SYNC is not implemented in the synscan.

IMHO, I need a few days for testing ALL indi_celestron_gps commands with my NEQ6.
Please, wait for my report.
