[SOLVED] Cannot build libindi_1.1.0

Cannot build libindi_1.1.0 was created by Charles Wright

Hi,

I'd like to build libindi from the source. Following the instructions for building, I execute this cmake line:
cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr . ../libindi_1.1.0
But this fails, claiming
CMake Error at /usr/share/cmake-2.8/Modules/FindPackageHandleStandardArgs.cmake:108 (message):
  Could NOT find CURL (missing: CURL_LIBRARY CURL_INCLUDE_DIR)
Anyone know which dev package will solve this?

To know which dev package you need we must know the distribution you use

Did you read How to build latest INDI ? It has the list of packages you must install before you compile, all the steps are there.

EDIT: Also, if you're using Ubuntu 14.04 or later, all packages are built daily, no need to compile.

Thanks and sorry for the dumb question. I should have seen the topic right up there in the pinned list. Builds just fine.
