I recently built an observatory in my backyard. I decided to switch my software from windows to Gnu-Linux/Kstars/Ekos/indi .
Everything seems to work fine, but with eqmod I need to set my desired guiding rate each time I connect IndiServer. Those values don't seems to part of the config file saved by the driver.
So is there a way to save those values ? Or can I write a little script that should start after indiserver to set my values ?
So, I have done quick tests. Guiding rates are correctly written into the config file. When I launch Ekos and then click on the load button, guiding rates are updated.
But, if I disconnect indi on my local machine, stop the local indi server and then restart it, guiding rates values are reseted to default (0.3) .
How does eqmod works, does it read the config file at startup to set the save values ?
Maybe, I don't understand correctly the behaviour of eqmod.
