10micron Wake On Lan

10micron Wake On Lan was created by Ferrante Enriques

10micron mounts now support Wake On Lan for remote switch on/off. Some clients (like Michel's MountWizzard) already support it and I think it's really useful.
It would be nice to have WOL also on Ekos. So that could be used for example in the startup / shutdown procedure of the scheduler.
