I am pleased to report that switching from the AstroEQ running the EQ3-2 to the HitecAstro EQDIR running the HEQ5 Pro, this issue has now been completely resolved.
I've done the exact same test, as in killing the indiserver process and the scope was left exactly where it was. This is an excellent news for me !!!!!!
