I am using indi_eqmod on a Rpi2 to control my HEQ5 and I occasionally connect a gamepad to move the telescope.

I find it very difficult to change the slewpreset with a joystick, despite a careful calibration it always jump around in a random way and it is almost impossible to get the desired value.
So I make a simple patch for inditelescope.cpp to add the capability to change the slewpreset up or down with two gamepad button. By default I set them to the gamepad front buttons and this is very convenient.

The patch is attached here, is it possible to apply it in trunk?
