Filter focus offset feature

This would be a nice to have feature in Ekos. I have LRGB filters which are parfocal with each other but not parfocal with my HA and photometric filters.
It would be nice if on filter change the focuser could move in or out x clicks. depending on the filter being selected and the previous filter (assuming it was focused)

I know ekos can focus in between captures but the focus happens after image acquisition meaning the first image after a filter change is normally out of focus for me.

Would an autofocus after filter change solve this?

Yes that's probably a simpler solution. It would be nice to have in Ekos.

Added. Should be in PPA tomorrow. Go to Ekos options and enable it.

I would also be interested in a feature like this.

Each time refocusing after filter change is:
A) Time consuming.
B) Another sequence of complicated actions. Each can ruin your observing session at night when you're sleeping when something goes wrong.

The best situation is 1 time auto-focusing before you go to sleep. A window with the ticks the focuser has to offset when changing filterwheel would be ideal. It's something you can trust on.

Jasem,
Would it be possible to auto-disable this feature for 'Flat' frames? Would that be an easy change to make?
Or maybe limit the feature to 'Light' frames only?
Thanks,
Derek

Yup that's a good catch, will restrict it to light frames only. Thanks for the report, it's fixed in the repo.
