I would like the following additions to the Observation Planner > What's Up Tonight tool options.

1 - I would like the information window with the object name, rise, transit and set times to also include the magnitude and size of the object.

2 - I would like the option to set the times specifically for the objects displayed. i.e. if I am only going to be in the field from 2300 - 0400, I would like to be only shown objects that will be up during that time period.

3 - Another nice to have would be to only show objects of a minimum size or larger. I know some of the catalog objects are not showing the size or magnitude so those objects should probably default to being shown if these kind of filters are enabled.

On that note, how do we submit updates to that so they have the correct information? I have noticed several objects without either a size or magnitude setting and would like to correct those when I find them.
