As far as I can see you haven't implemented the 3) from #2320, yes?

Is this necessary? Do you see the stop command being sent when changing absolute or relative positions in the original driver software?

No, but why not if it is working perfectly and Abort button is already there? :)

I added it no problem though I'm not sure if that will resolve any issues you have.

I understand that, but I like to pay attention to every detail  About the issues - I have a feeling what it can be, tomorrow will test it out :)

It was sent from the first revision! I added it ALSO in case there is motion and another motion command is issued, even though I don't find the latter necessary as I said before.

OK, my bad, you actually really send the command. But there is another problem - one movement and driver is crashing:

It seems that your higher error tolerance made things bad

Thanks to google chat things got fixed fast ;) Now everything seems fine, even the Abort button :woohoo: Tomorrow will do full re-testing

Note for everyone: if hardware starts acting weird - check/replace the cables!

Finally got to test it... I made black box testing (no debug info activated, especially considering the fact that it is very CPU intensive). Everything looks very good, I am very satisfied! Even Abort button works like a charm! :woohoo: The only 2 things to note - Presets range is way too big; # of Samples can be only 16/32/64/128, but there is possibility to choose in between them. They are not critical, just to mention ;) In any case you rock! B)

Great! I added documentation here:

indilib.org/devices/focusers/baader-steeldrive.html

Please review it and let me know of any proposed changes. I'd also appreciate it if you can send me something similar for the Baader dome documetation so we can also add it to the devices section.
