Polar alignment routine (EQASCOM like) was created by pauledd

For easy polar alignment I still switch to windows EQASCOM to
polar align via polarskope with very good results.
I dont know what to expect from an ordinary polarscope alignment in the matter of accurcy and
maximum exposure but my last alignment gave me roughly 3 minutes single exposure time.
