Provides interface to implement remotely controlled dust cover.

IMPORTANT: initProperties() must be called before any other function to initialize the Dust Cap properties. IMPORTANT: updateProperties() must be called in your driver updateProperties function. IMPORTANT: processSwitch() must be called in your driver ISNewSwitch function.
