This was a bit of a coincidence.
I just completed a 21-hour project and decided to upgrade to the latest SM/KStars.
Upgraded. All devices were recognized. I set up optical trains and was ready to shoot tonight.
However, ASI2600 wouldn't capture and time out with an "ASIGetExpStatus failed. Restarting exposure..." message.
ASI120MM was working fine.
Changed cables. Reverted back to previous version. Tried with another RPI.
Tried with everything disconnected but the camera.
No.. still didn't work.
I guess it's dead. After 18 months of flawless operation.
It's still under warranty. Already contacted the vendor.
Sorry. Just wanted to share my pain...

After exactly one month since I shipped the camera to ZWO USA service center I got it back today.
The camera seems to be working.
No feedback on what was the problem and how it was fixed was provided.
Shipping both ways was free.
All in all not too bad.
