Thanks for the reply!
I managed to get the driver working if I first connect to the camera using wxAstroCapture and then configure the LX tab to use the RTS High-To-Low setting.
It looks like wxAstroCapture does some sort of initialization (USB to Serial converter signaling, or firmware download into the camera) that INDI does not.
