streaming: New exposure in the streaming tab gives wrong fps

Second try to post (the firstone didn't appear on indi-forum)

I'm just playing with the new exposure slider in the streaming tab of the indi control panel.

Stream on:

Setting exposure to 1s: 1 fps
Setting eyposure to 5s: 5 fps
Setting exposure to less than 1s: 28fps

Looks like something is going wrong here.

My system: kubuntu 18.04LTS
kstars and indi form indi nightly builds
mount, focusser and ASI connected locally to my laptop

I like that it now goes down to .001 for the expose duration, thanks! The setting display doesn't have enough resolution though, and shows 0 for anything with 3 decimals. See attached.
