Setting up ekos profile where I am selecting my equipment. This was after doing a full install of all 3rd party according to the directions on the site.

Under the filter drop down I don't see my camera's filter wheel listed. I have a QHY 16200A. For ASCOM there are two drivers. One for the camera and one for the filter wheel. Since you have a drop-down for filter wheel I figure there needs to be a driver there for that.

Or am I missing something?

You don't need to specify the filter wheel separately, it should be detected from the camera driver.

Yes I can confirm that after setting it all up to test. Unfortunately the camera driver itself doesn't seem to work with this camera. The driver crashes when trying to take a photo.
