Dark Library - Upload time problem?

Hey there!

I am using the bad weather atm to make a dark library for my new Moravian CCD.

Yesterday i let the system run the whole night without any problem.
Today i thought, since its getting cold outside, i take the laptop with indi and the connected cam outside, so the cooling mechanism has not so much work.
And i thought its a bit of a remote-test for me.
So now i got the problem, that almost every second image got lost somehow, and in the indi control panel i got a message Exposure aborted.
Then i kept an eye on it and saw, that this message came although the exposure was NOT aborted. It ran to the end but took some time to upload...
I think the problem is that it takes some time for the readout since its a CCD, AND the upload time i experienced because the laptop was outside now must be higher than some treshold, that makes an error out of it.
Can that be?
Took the whole thing inside now again and i runs smooth now without any fault.

Is there a way to work around that?

Logfile attached. Its the session at the very end of the file.

cheers
Niki
