I confirm that my Atik Titan works with driver 0.15 and INDI 0.9.9 .

You're luckier than me. It still doesn't work for me... Same ccd camera same OS and same version of INDI and driver. It's very strange. I make the HOWTO: Building latest libindi & Ekos install procedure (1st post). Is that correct ?

ATIK driver is independent on INDI (or EKOS) version, it is statically linked and will run even without INDI installed. I suspect that reason is some subtle difference between USB controllers and their linux drivers. Or simply the processor speed and some related timing issue. What hardware are you using? Peter

Hi Peter,

I'm using it on the following laptop:
www.ascendtech.us/acer-aspire-one-10-1-5...ltpacezg8531hn3.aspx

Which I have upgraded with an SSD drive.
Installed Jessie recently, indi 0.9.9 compiled, and installed your 0.15 Atik driver. That's all.

Hm, quite slow netbook with mobile I/O chipset, maybe this is the reason. Driver seems to work with fast machines and never with e.g. Raspberry PI. At least some hint... Thank you, Peter

Yes it's an old and slow laptop, hence I don't really care if from time to time I reformat the all thing and start from scratch again :D
It does the job for I use it for really.

Planning to buy a Macbook air thingy at some point to replace it.

Hi Gonzothegreat!
Could you please run the "dpkg -l > file.txt" command and share the file for me? (or just "dpkg -l" and post the result)
I would like to compare with my own installed packages. I don't understand why it works for you and not for me =(
Only if you want! This would help me.

I also try the atik with another PC !
Its config:
- ubuntu 12.10
- Ram 3,6Go
- Intel Core i7-3520M CPU 2,90Ghz x4
- 64 bits
So, It's not netbook performances
Exactly the same issue... several error message (when i run kstars in a terminal) like this "INDI: Could not find property <variable> in ATIK CCD Atik Titan" and it's stuck on "Driver indi_atik_ccd: <- ISGetProperties" after the "indiserver indi_atik_ccd"

"ISGetProperties" Is it a method comes from INDI Library or the atik driver ?

Here's attached the dpkg -l as per your request.
This is Jessie, out of the box, no tweaks done yet on the laptop.

I'd like to point out that the other day my camera didn't want to work at all. No matter what I tried, running as root as a user. And out of the blue, without doing anything it started working. go figure...
