Neximage driver was created by Dirk

Hi Everyone,

So, I`m a newbie with the stellarmate. But I managed to get the mount, the GPS, the canon 400D and the ZWO CCD guidercam to work.
Still, I hoped to use a celestron Neximage 5 with stellarmate.
But its seems that there is no driver available . Yet I found a discussion on the forum over the pixel size on the neximage 10.
Can anyone help? Does it exist?

With regards

It should work with the generic V4L2 driver.

There's not a specific driver because it works, via the V4L2 Linux system (aka normal video in stuff) I have two, and I did have to contribute some code to fix one aspect of it (It uses a color array which isn't usually used). The pixel sizes should be detectable.

They did have some firmware issues, so see here for instructions: www.indilib.org/forum/ccds-dslrs/3320-ex...eximage-cameras.html (If you want to reply to this that'd be cool.)

Also depending on the version, they should automatically set the pixel size 2.2microns correctly if it's got these patches in: www.indilib.org/forum/ccds-dslrs/4392-in...-size-detection.html (probably only in the ppa repositories, I don't know what stellarmate draws from.)

If something doesn't work, let me know, I'll help if I can.
