How to use 2 different DSLR cameras

Hi everyone
Stable indi with the latest update. Ubuntu 18.04.
I have 2 canon cameras. I have successfully entered the configuration for the 700d, resolution 5208x3476
Next session, I switch cameras to a 1200d. I now need resolution 5196x3464.

The cameras are correctly identified and upon first connection, they ask for the resolution and pixel size.
Result: only the first camera works correctly. Examining the database under .local/share/kstars I see only the first camera is entered in the DSLR tab.
Question: How do I setup profiles to be able to use both cameras?
TIA

If you're using INDI GPhoto driver, this would be tricky because there is no camera model. If you use INDI Canon driver it should be save each model name.

I'm using the indi canon driver. Only one camera is recorded in the db.
How do I use a 700d and a 1200d?
Thanks

Jasem, this used to work perfectly before the last update. I could switch between cameras simply by swapping them. They were correctly identified and their resolution appeared correctly in ekos and indi. Now that behavior has changed. Also we no longer use the imaging resolution of the sensor rather the full pixel height and width of the sensor. Is that correct?
TIA

Nothing was changed in the last update that would affect this. If there is only one camera stored in the DB then that's a problem. Let me check.

OK. Thanks
Could it be this?

BTW, what should the ownership and permissions be on userdb.sqlite?

I can confirm Ekos remembers all cameras that have been configured in the past. Ekos uses the correct resolution automatically.

Since you already mentioned you had been in the sqlite db, can you not manually add an entry for the second camera (using the correct sensor resolution and pixel size)?

Hi and thanks for your reply.
It's now solved but to answer, no. I could not find information as to what to put in the first field of the record.
Cheers.
