Introducing a new ROWORDER keyword in FITS headers

I'm just testing a beta version of Siril (www.siril.org) and I had an issue with the image storage direction : bottom-up or up-bottom.
The orientation of FITS images is a problem because it might be different in different softwares but introducing a keyword ROWORDER of type TSTRING in the FITS headers would solve this problem.
See free-astro.org/index.php?title=Siril:FITS_orientation
Would it be possible to introduce this keyword in the headers ?

I've just been told that it was already done in indi (github.com/indilib/indi/commit/176173ed5...b8881c67b335fc570b34)
Too sad that it has not been implemented in KStars !

OK : ROWORDER is implemented in KStars v. 3.5.0 ...
I'm using v. 3.4.3 in macOS. I will just have to be patient.
Thanks
