Nikon D90 shows connection and picks up settings but won't capture.
Tried both Nikon and GPhoto drivers with same results.

Sample issues:

Attempting to start video stream.
[INFO] Starting the video stream with target exposure 0.100000 s (Max theoritical FPS 10)
[ERROR] Failed to start streaming.

Attempting to capture a preview
[INFO] Starting 1 seconds exposure.
[ERROR] Exposure failed to save image... Unspecified error
[INFO] GPhoto CCD is offline.

BTW, I'm a noobie
Any settings I should try?
