According to the graphs, everything gets really worse at such high gain compared to, for example, gain 3.95db.

I asked them about the amount of memory and how to use the graphs they provided, because it seems that for both LCG//HCG the best would be gain 0. The reply was:

Yep, that HCG should be used with gain 900 and greater. But looking at the graph, I'd never use gain 900 with HCG on this camera. It simply doesn't seem to be the best (again, according to the graphs).
What I have understood is that the threshold of 900 is the limit where you switch from LCG to HCG. The only advantage is to get back to a full dynamic when switching from first mode to second one. It seems that for cameras like Zwo or QHY this is transparent for user because they switch automatically between the two modes.
After the choice of LCG or HCG is up to the user. Maybe for lucky imaging or use of filters like L-Extreme from Optolong HCG might be better than LCG.
Actually, there's another important advantage: to reduce the read noise. If you look, for example, at the 2600mm graphs, you'll see that at gain 100 the read noise is half that of gain 0.
If you look at the Risingcam's graphs, you'll see that gain 0 is always the best option for both LCG and HCG.
I've made a comparison between the ASI2600MM, QHY268M and RisingCam/Altair IMX571 Mono with the numbers found on their respective official websites and, where values were missing (qhy268m), from the SharpCap sensor analysis found on CN:
To me it's even more clear that the RisingCam camera should always be used at gain 100 (which is gain 0 on other cameras).
