SBIG Ethernet was created by Simon Holmbo

Hi,

I needed a version of the SBIG driver where I could connect over ethernet.
If anyone else is interested, here it is. It is from the 1.1.0 version.

I'm not a programmer so it's not perfect, but it works.

Thanks a lot, I applied the patch! However, I made a complete change to how device port works, it's now a switch instead of text which is more intuitive to end users. Please test and let me know if it works.

I agree, switches are much better.
I will test it when the camera gets registered on the network and get back to you if I find any problems.
