Wrong tooltip in focus.ui

Wrong tooltip in focus.ui was created by Steve

Hi,

I am currently helping to translate in French and I noticed an error on a tooltip.

It's in ekos/focus/focus.ui line 584.

It read <string>Exposure time in seconds</string>. This is not correct since it refers to the gain. It should be something like

<string>Set CCD gain</string>
