The new target pier side feature in EQMod causes a condition where the half of the sky >1h from the meridian on the targeted pier side becomes 'unreachable' when slewing to a target. Ideally the mount should point normally when slewing to the selected pier side, and only deviating from the norm (weights up) when slewing to a target within the 1 hour meridian margin.
