QHY 268c not working in Ekos / KStars

QHY 268c not working in Ekos / KStars was created by Sonny Cavazos

I try using my QHY 268c with Astroberry and KStars on Windows 10 and the camera seems to respond normally, I can set the temp, and I see the temp dropping, but when I take a picture, everything freezes on the camera interface.

It never downloads the image.

Is it because the camera is too new?
