So after few months of rain and full moon finily got my scope out.
I set everything up, and made my shelly to turn it off in 4 AM with my shelly.
So Ekos usually saves everything in home/$user/Lights. So I thought that will be the same but, unfortunately, ekos decided to start saving to tmp/ so with restart I lost everything
This also happened to me a couple months back but I have not seen it happen again. At the time I thought it might be related to using the new dark library tool in the Ekos CCD tab. I believe the darks are written to /tmp before they are processed and added to the dark library. Somehow this over wrote the directory setting in the main CCD tab. Now, I have not been able to repeat this so it was more of a guess as to what happened.

Tunafish, you are exactly right this is the reason, and it's already fixed in GIT. The fix should be available next week with the official 3.5.7 release.
Just double check your directory now before you add a job after creating darks with dark library.
